Your shipping and billing information is processed through our secure server and unlike some of our on-line competitors, when orders are placed online your entire credit card information is never retained on our servers or databases. On-line transactions are instantly routed through to our credit card processing company for an authorization and approval. We use First Data (FDIS) as our payment processor.

Any orders totaling under one hundred dollars may include a small shipping fee. This is true even if the product page of a product that you are ordering states that shipping is included. The free shipping offer is normally only for orders placed that total at least one hundred dollars. Hence, the min order amount is $100, otherwise a small shipping fee will be added to your order.
We generally ship all approved orders within 3 business days, and shipping takes between one to four weeks for delivery (in the continental US) depending on the final destination. For custom "Design your Own" orders, please allow additional time for your unit to be assembled. If your order will not be delivered within this time, you will be notified shortly after we process your order. If delivery time is important, please contact us for current shipment status. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until 24 hours have past from order date. Most items ship via freight, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items.
The credit card holder must sign for the item when it is delivered. ALL shipments will require the card holder's signature. All items ordered, unless otherwise noted will be delivered at the customer's driveway or curbside. Delivery persons will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility to take the goods off the truck and into the home, business. Inside delivery and/or fitness equipment setup can be requested for an additional charge.
All orders are processed the same day and most of our products ship out right away. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. As soon as an on-line order is placed, our system sends a shipping request to the warehouse.
How to cancel a PayPal Order
Any cancellation made after a product ships is subject to a 15% cancellation & restocking fee plus shipping and customer will be responsible for shipping charges for all cancellations. Order Cancellations (Non PayPal)
Any order that is canceled on the same day in which the order was placed will receive a full refund. We process our credit card batch end of day, so if you paid by credit card we can simply void out the transaction.
Any orders canceled the following day after an order is placed and where the equipment was pulled from inventory and awaiting pickup is subject to the following fees. A restocking fee of 10% and/or a credit card sur-charge fee of 3.5% for American Express, or 2.98% for all other credit card types.

If a delivery company is unable to arrange delivery, you may be liable for storage and additional handling fees. Failure to arrange for delivery may result in additional fees for both storage and shipping back to our facility. RockSolidFitness.com / Home Gym Center will not be responsible for any fees as a result of failed deliveries. Items returned in this fashion will result in charges according to our return policy plus and freight charges that are incurred. Please advise family and friends if necessary to avoid any possible handling delays.
Any returned merchandise must include a return authorization number on the outside of any returned package. Authorizations must be obtained from the company prior to sending your returned product. Any item in new, unused and re-sell-able condition can be returned within 21 days of purchase for a refund. Customer is responsible for all costs in shipping product(s) back including any fees incurred by us to ship merchandise to your original delivery location. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged on returns and merchandise will only be accepted in its original boxes and packing materials.

In some cases we can make arrangements to have the equipment picked up and returned to us. Please note, not all returned equipment will be handled by us. In many cases you will need to make your own arrangements with shippers, UPS, FedEx etc to have the equipment picked up and returned to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
No returns are allowed after 21 days after products are received.
Refurbished/Re-manufactured Equipment Order Cancellations
Most of the fitness equipment that we sell is Brand New but there are certain models that are refurbished and those models are clearly marked on their product pages in the products condition field. Once an order is placed for a re-manufactured product we process the order and the equipment goes into the re-manufacturing process. On the items product page you will see either New, Used, or Refurbished as the product condition. The refurbished equipment is custom made to order and for that reason can not be canceled once production begins.

IMPORTANT NOTE For Heavy Gyms, Treadmills And Heavy Products:
These products are extremely heavy and are shipped by large freight trucks. These freight companies will only bring your product to the back of the truck, it will be your responsibility to take it off the truck.... Most equipment needs to be assembled and therefor will arrive in several boxes making it earlier to accept off the back of the truck. For optional lift gate service, inside delivery and/or set-up services please contact us to request a quote as these services are optional and not included in the prices of the equipment or in the shipping charges on your order.
