Shipping Info

Tracking The Status Of Your Order

Once we've shipped your order, you can track your shipment on-line using your order number. We'll tell you when your order was shipped and by what carrier. If your order ships via freight, the freight company will contact you for a convenient delivery date. Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and customers will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Canceled orders which have already been shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee along with shipping charges both ways.

Shipping Details

  • Please allow 3 Days to four weeks for delivery
  • Orders under 150 lbs. generally take 3 - 5 business days (FedEx UPS or U.S.P.S.)
  • Orders over 150 lbs. generally can take 1 to 3 weeks (sometimes longer if items is out of stock)

Any reference to free shipping on our websites means that Shipping and Handling charges are included on your order, however the charges will not show up on your invoice. We include the shipping charges within the prices displayed on our website. You have the option to contact us for specific pricing details or for a price quote. Depending on your final shipping destination we may be able to further reduce your overall purchase cost. We are a leading distributor and can almost always beat our competitors prices.

Delivery Time
We generally ship all approved orders within 3 business days, and shipping takes between one to four weeks for delivery (in the continental US) depending on the final destination. For custom "Design your Own" orders, please allow additional time for your unit to be assembled. If your order will not be delivered within this time, you will be notified shortly after we process your order. If delivery time is important, please contact us for current shipment status. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until 24 hours have past from order date. Most items ship via  freight, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items.

Delivery
The credit card holder must sign for the item when it is delivered. ALL shipments will require the card holder's signature. All items ordered, unless otherwise noted, will be delivered at the customer's driveway. Delivery persons will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility to take the goods off the truck and into the home or office. Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge.

Order Cancellations
(Non PayPal) - Any cancellation made after a product ships is subject to a 15% cancellation & restocking fee plus shipping and customer will be responsible for shipping charges for all cancellations.

All orders are processed the same day and most of our products ship out right away. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.  As soon as an online order is placed, our system sends a shipping request to the warehouse.

If you made a payment using PayPal you will to charged a cancellation fee. PayPal works different then traditional credit card based payment systems. Unlike credit cards, when you send money using PayPal we receive it instantly. PayPal gets a small fee for the transaction "a percentage of the total amount of the sale". Because of the additional fees associated with this payment method, canceled PayPal payments with be charged based on our costs involved when we received your payment.

Refused Shipments
Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% plus shipping charges.

Any cancellation made after a product ships, or refusal of a product, is subject to a 20% cancellation & restocking fee plus shipping and customer will be responsible for shipping charges for all returns.

Storage Fees: If a delivery company is unable to arrange delivery, you may be liable for storage and additional handling fees. Failure to arrange for delivery may result in additional fees for both storage and shipping back to our facility. RockSolidFitness.com / Home Gym Center will not be responsible for any fees as a result of failed deliveries. Items returned in this fashion will result in charges according to our return policy plus and freight charges that are incurred. Please advise family and friends if necessary to avoid any possible handling delays.

Commercial Equipment Policy:
Commercial and Refurbished products and products sold under the "Maximus" and "RockSolid Maximus" brand names are commercial products that are made to order and must be scheduled for production after you place you're order, please call for lead time! When the manufacturing or refurbishing process has been completed and the item is ready to ship we will notify you so that you have an idea of when to expect delivery. In addition, because of the delay in manufacturing, the original quoted shipping cost may have changed by the shipper in that time-frame. If the shipping company increases their rates from our original price or quote then we will provide you with an updated price for shipping to your location. Most of these products come pre-assembled. These products "can not" be canceled once production of your ordered equipment begins. These products are also extremely heavy and are shipped by large freight trucks. These freight companies will only bring your product to the back of the truck, it will be your responsibility to take it off the truck.... lift gate service, inside delivery and/or set-up is not included. If you require lift gate please call for pricing or view available options on the items product page. Returns
Any returned merchandise must include a return authorization number on the outside of any returned package. Authorizations must be obtained from the company prior to sending your returned product. Any item in new, unused and re-sellable condition can be returned within 21 days of purchase for a refund. Customer is responsible for all costs in shipping product back including any fees incurred by us to ship merchandise to your original delivery location. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged on returns and merchandise will only be accepted in its original boxes and packing materials.

No returns are allowed after 21 days after products are received.
