Fast and serious shipping. 1 week and this was in my basement , all 14 boxes of it. Set up was easy, simple , no issues at all .. everything fit perfect and is very solid. No small parts here , this thing is made out of serious metal and secure with some solid nuts and bolts. As a powerlifter , I needed something to handle the weights, big weights! RockSolid Caribou III We were pleasantly surprised when we received and assembled this home gym. Nothing that we could find locally compares in this price range. Similar gyms we found locally were in the range of $3000 – I would highly recommend this and Home Gym Center for their great customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Best upper body system out there!!! I recently purchased this home gym and can do almost every workout thinkable with my upper body. The smith machine works good for the squats or with the free weight bar in the front of the rack. Good product. Thanks! Alan - Rated 5
