We sell brand name Fitness Equipment of the highest quality. Purchase online via our secure shopping cart or call us toll free to order.

We also strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is available to help you find the product that is best for you.


Every product we ship is factory-sealed and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Most products come with a life-time warranty

Return Policy:

Any item in new, unused and re-sellable condition can be returned within 21 days of purchase for a refund. Any returned merchandise must include a return authorization number on the outside of any returned packages. Authorizations must be obtained from the company prior to sending your returned product. Customer is responsible for all costs in shipping product back including any fees incurred by us to ship merchandise to your original delivery location. A restocking fee of 15% or up-to twenty-five percent will be charged on returns and merchandise will only be accepted in its original boxes and packing materials. The restocking fee we charge covers handling and bank fees. Please note: Once a box has been opened the equipment can no longer be considered new and has to be discounted when resold.

No returns are allowed after 21 days after products are received. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, then Rock-Solid Fitness reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee.

Return authorizations must be obtained from the company prior to sending your returned product. The restocking fee we charge is a handling and restocking fee. Once we receive your return and your returned product complies with our refund/return policy, credit will be applied to the original payment method. Any shipping fees are not refundable..

Return Authorization Number:

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from the warehouse that will be receiving the return. Once we receive that RMA number we will email you instructions for returning your product. All returns require a authorization number. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable.

How to return or exchange an item: 

  • In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • To request an RMA number, you must complete the RMA form. 
  • You must return the item packaged exactly how you received it, this helps prevent shipping damage on the way back to our warehouse. 
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton. 
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. 
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton. 
  • Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 
  • You will need to return the item to the warehouse nearest you, this return address will be emailed to you after completing our online RMA request form.


 Rules:

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Items with timers must show less than 120 minutes of use.
  • Rock-Solid Fitness is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. 
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. 
  • Rock-Solid Fitness is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange On:

  • No returns or exchanges on refurbished fitness equipment or demo fitness equipment.
  • Products sold under the "Maximus" and "RockSolid Maximus" brand name are commercial products that are made to order and must be scheduled for production after you place you're order. These custom made to order products are not returnable.
  • Any fitness equipment that had to go into production to specifically fill your order.
  • Any fitness equipment built or modified to customer's specifications. 
  • Special Order merchandise
  • Educational tapes and books once unwrapped
  • No returns on apparel

Rock-Solid Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

We reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.
