On-Line Ordering
Making a purchase for fitness equipment online couldn't be easier. Simply browse around our website. Your low no-haggle purchase price is clearly indicated with the product description. When you find fitness equipment you are looking for, just add it to your shopping cart. When you are ready to buy, just checkout. Your shipping and billing information is processed through our secure server and unlike some of our online competitors, when orders are placed online your entire credit card information is never retained on our servers or databases. Online transaction are instantly routed through our credit card processing company's internet gateway to the actual processor. We use First Data as our payment processor. A global leader in credit card processing.

Upon acceptance of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have specified in your account information. This will outline the fitness exercise equipment purchased!

Delivery Time
We generally ship all of our fitness equipmenr orders out of our warehouses the same day or within 24 hours from when you placed your order.  For custom "Design your Own" orders, please allow additional time for your unit to be assembled.

Delivery
The credit card holder must sign for the fitness equipment when it is delivered. ALL shipments will require the card holder's signature. All items ordered will only be shipped to the cardholders address. If you require fitness or exercise equipment to be shipped to a separate address then you will need to call your credit card company and have them add the shipping address to your credit card account.

Order Cancellations

Refused Shipments
Should Fitiness Equipment be shipped and delivery refused by the customer, then the fitness equipment will be returned to the warehouse. The customer will be charged a restocking fee ,plus shipping charges and processing fees. Please refer to our fitness equipment sales policy page for order cancellation/refused shipments information. 

Any cancellation made after a product ships, or refusal of a product, is subject to a 20% cancellation & restocking fee plus shipping and customer will be responsible for shipping charges for all returns.
