How Big is the Rack, will it fit in my room?
Answer: The dimensions of the Home Gym System  Rack are:
83" H X 48" W X 68"D. The Olympic Bar is 7' wide. The highest point is at the front, where the lat bar attaches. The top of the gym lat is slanted so it drops by 5 or 6 inches in the back.

Do this rack system packages come with a bench?
Yes, all our these home gym package offers include a top of the line Flat Incline Decline Bench - Model FID141,  so well built even the upholstery comes with a lifetime seam / stress warranty. The bench also comes with a Leg Curl/Leg Extension Attachment.

What workouts can I perform on this home gym?
It depends on the package or attachments you decide to purchase. It can provide a full body workout. It can also be purchased with a seated leg press!

How difficult is it to assemble this home gym?
The RS2000S can be assembled using ordinary household tools. We sell a lot of them and never have any issues with customers regarding its assembly. There is also an 800 number you can call with any questions you may have while assembling it. If you would prefer to have it assembled for you, that option may be available in your area for an additional cost.

We get some great feedback from our customers regarding the product itself. Mostly people are surprised at the quality of the Home Gym. The feedback is always the same, and that is... that its not what they expected. Its Better!

Is this a really good unit or will I regret the purchase.

Do I need the Linear Bearing Kit
No, the Linear Bearings are optional.  If this smith rack is purchased for use in a health club, gym or other commercial facility where it will receive heavy use throughout the day, then you may also be interested in the linear bearing kit. These are industrial linear bearings that just won't ware out from heavy use. They also add a commercial quality feel and piston like action by providing precise bar movement. You can purchase the system without this option and add it later if you choose. Most our customers are vary happy when they purchase the unit without. We recommend the linear bearings if this unit will be used in a commercial environment such as a gym if you compete in competitions, take your equipment more serious then most or want only the best, then the Linear Bearings are for you.

Can I just purchase the rack then upgrade it with a Lat Attachment and selectorized stack?
Yes, but purchasing a complete at one time will cost less because of shipping expenses. Right now you can get free shipping on this model. We also have independent lat machines which may also interest you.

I already have a smith machine, can my current Smith Rack be upgraded to this model.
No, the RS2000S Gym Rack has a larger base. You would need to purchase the system.

Crossover Cable: Are the Crossover Cables Independent from the  Weight Stack?
Yes, they use a floating pulley system which separates the weight distribution to each individual handle.

Crossover Cable: Are cable changes required when switching between Lat Pull Down & Pec Dec exercises?
No, Unlike messy, complicated Bowflex cable changes. There is no need to swap cables here, they are independent of each other.

Do I need the Selectorized Weight Stack to use the Cable Crossovers?
No, they would connect to the Loaded Plate System which is part of the Gym Lat Assembly. The selectorized stack is included with our Package 3 System. Other packages come with the Plate Loaded Gym Lat System so you can use your own plates.

Are the Handles included if I order the Crossover Attachment?
Yes, our competitors may pull a stunt like that, not us!

Leg Curl: Is the Leg Curl Bar Adjustable for taller people?
Answer: Yes, the leg curl has a slight adjustment designed for different body types.

Preacher Curl: Does the Preacher Curl Attachment come with a curl bar?
No, you can order a Curl Bar separately.

Who manufactures equipment marketed under the RockSolid/RockSolid Fitness name?
Must products we sell under the RockSolid Fitness name are manufactured by Yukon Fitness International. Equipment ordered may arrive with Yukon logos.

Why do the shoulder pads on the more expensive Leg Press appear to be of less quality then the less expensive model looking at the photos.
The photos of the Leg Sled "Competitor / Pro-Series RS-2000SL" are prototype photos. The pads are "NOT" foam, they are made of double stitched upholstered. The shoulder padding has been greatly improved since the photos were taken. The RS-2000SL greatly surpasses the lower end model in every way and takes up less space too.

Which Leg Press is right for me?
If your looking for a better built machine, the Competitor Pro-Series RS-2000SL is the obvious choice. The RS-2000SL well surpasses the RS-1000SL in every way. Its truly a commercial quality unit which should sell in the range of $2000 but you can purchase it for much less. Includes comfortable, adjustable pads.
